Option 11:00 You'll do the Workshop first and craft your own lunch before we start the Walking Tour. Option 12:00 We start with the Walking Tour and finish with the Sushi Workshop Join a local Sushi-Expert as they guide you step-by-step through the art of sushi-making! Start by seasoning perfectly cooked vinegared rice, then master the craft of rolling and shaping sushi using the freshest fish, sourced locally that morning. You'll learn to make both Nigiri-sushi and Maki-sushi (rolled sushi), giving you the confidence to recreate these delicious dishes at home and impress your friends with your new skills! At the end of the workshop, you’ll receive a special gift bag that includes a sushi rolling mat—an essential tool for making sushi! With your new skills and this kit, you’ll be ready to impress family and friends with delicious homemade sushi back home!
